Philosophy
i believe art has the power to heal, inspire, and transform. My goal as an artist is to create work that not only looks beautiful, but also resonates with the viewer on a deeper level.
Style
My 'artistic' style is characterized by bold colors, angles, and is fluid between still and a sense of movement. i love to experiment with different mediums and techniques to create pieces that are unique and represent culture as a whole.
How did you become involved with professional art?
My first professional work was released in 2011. It was a mixed-media project where i used video and photographic manipulation to create a multi-media expression. That piece was a bit forward thinking for its time.
The work is titled, "Genie." i used a magic genie statue as the subject. i then placed it in front of the fireplace while it was burning, as to appear as it was walking from the fire. i snapped one frontal picture of the figurine with my then iPhone, and added a few filters for effects. i offered the original photo as prints on multiple online art retail outlets. Sales were sluggish, and i wasn't in it to make a living. Art is my passion. i simply want to share my gift with others in hopes of encouraging someone to follow their dreams.
Nonetheless, i ended up selling a few hundred prints on one of my online stores. Shortly after, i started getting requests from people who owned small shops and galleries who were looking for new media art. Let's just say i decided to re-release my entire collection in 2024.
Most of my originals haven't been available on the public market for over ten-years. i started this website to re-introduce classic pieces i hope you enjoy.
So, in conclusion, through this website i offer a range of services, including commissioned pieces, custom mural and garden designs, and art workshops.
